What data we collect

The app stores merchant configuration needed to provide the service, such as:

• Shop domain (e.g. example-shop.myshopify.com).
• App settings, shipping ladder overrides, delivery rules, and sync status.
• Shopify Admin API access token for the shop (to read shipping configuration and write a snapshot metafield).

Customer personal data

We do not intentionally store customer personal data in our database. The storefront theme extension may read contextual storefront data (for example, country/region) provided by Shopify Liquid in order to display the correct messaging, but this data is not stored by us.

How we use data

• To provide the app’s features and keep the configuration synced.
• To enforce subscription status and prevent access when a subscription is not active.
• To troubleshoot and improve the app (for example, error logs).

Data retention and deletion

When a shop uninstalls the app, we delete shop-specific data stored by the app (settings, snapshots, overrides, delivery rules, sync runs, and stored access tokens) within a reasonable period of time.

Third parties

The app relies on Shopify APIs and may be hosted by a cloud provider (for example Render). We do not sell merchant data.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data, including limiting access to production systems and protecting API credentials.
